Volunteer and you'll meet Hockey Legends and Olympic Champions while helping put an end to veteran homelessness in Canada!

The Hockey Helps the Homeless Halifax Tournament is only possible thanks to the number of volunteers who dedicate their time, energy and effort to the event. We couldn’t do what we do without you. Whether you would like to join a Local Organizing Committee or pitch in on Game Day, we have many Volunteer opportunities available that will suit your schedule.

NEW: Out of an abundance of caution against COVID-19, Hockey Helps the Homeless will require that all event attendees (including players, alumni, volunteers, stakeholders and HHTH employees) be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend an event during the 2021/22 tournament season. All event attendees will be asked to show proof of vaccination on the day of the tournament. As per Health Canada, you are considered to be fully vaccinated if you have received two doses of a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine and 14 days have passed since your second dose.

Please Note: All HHTH Volunteers will be required to attend a Volunteer Orientation Session online via Zoom, which will include Health and Safety Training and important event information.
