On any given night, there are over 500 people homeless in the Saskatoon area. When was the last time you or a loved one slept in the cold? Will you help me make a difference here in Saskatoon?
On March 24th, I will be participating in the inaugural Hockey Helps the Homeless Saskatoon Tournament, raising awareness and funding for the Friendship Inn, YWCA Saskatoon, and the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre.
There’s more than one story when it comes to how people end up homeless and that’s why there is more than one way to help. Hockey Helps the Homeless invests in solutions that ensure fewer individuals and families end up on the streets. We support organizations and programs committed to ending homelessness through housing, transportation initiatives, mental health support, education, health and wellness, training and employment, but we need your help.

Wish to donate by cheque? Cheques should be made payable to Hockey Helps the Homeless and mailed to Head Office at 44 East Beaver Creek, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 1G8. Please specify player name in the memo line. Tax receipts will be issued upon receipt of the donation for all gifts $25 and above.
