On any given night, there are over 100 youth & children homeless in the Durham Region area.
Together I'm confident we can change this statistic.
On February 10th, I will be participating in the 2nd annual Hockey Helps the Homeless Durham Region Tournament, raising awareness and funding for a very deserving local homelessness agency. There’s more than one story when it comes to how people end up homeless and that’s why there is more than one way to help. Hockey Helps the Homeless invests in solutions that ensure fewer individuals and families end up on the streets. They support organizations and programs committed to ending homelessness through housing, transportation initiatives, mental health support, education, health and wellness, training and employment, but we need your help.

Wish to donate by cheque? Cheques should be made payable to Hockey Helps the Homeless and mailed to Head Office at 44 East Beaver Creek, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 1G8. Please specify player name in the memo line. Tax receipts will be issued upon receipt of the donation for all gifts $25 and above.
