Every day, individuals and families struggle to find shelter, food, and basic necessities, and they desperately need your support. Recent counts have confirmed fears that Saskatoon’s homelessness crisis is only getting worse, and it is estimated that over 550 men, women, and children are homeless on any given night.
One non-profit or community entity can’t do this on its own, which is why funds raised through Hockey Helps the Homeless support these deserving local organizations: The Friendship Inn, YWCA Saskatoon, and the Saskatoon Food Bank.

About the beneficiary organizations
Vulnerable people find safe sanctuary at the Saskatoon Friendship Inn. Free breakfast and lunch meal services are offered 365 days of the year, and serving up to 1000 meals per day.
YWCA Saskatoon is a welcoming and vibrant community-based organization that provides preventative and emergent services to women and their families.
The Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre is committed to ensuring a food secure community where all people have access to safe, affordable, and nutritious food.
