Welcome to my Personal Page!
In York Region, hundreds of men, women and children are homeless on any given night, but together, we can change this statistic. I am participating in the Hockey Helps the Homeless (HHTH) York Region event as a member of the Universal Logistics Fundraising team, raising awareness and funding for two local homeless support agencies right here in York Region, 360°Kids and Blue Door.
My employer, Universal Logistics, has always been an organization which prides itself on making a difference. For a number of years, we’ve been a proud supporter of the HHTH York Region Hockey Tournament, and for 2021, we’re thrilled to once again be involved as the official Game Day & Participant Gift Sponsor. Additionally, Universal Logistics has agreed to make a matching donation for every dollar raised by our employee fundraising teams, to a maximum of $15,000, meaning that your generosity will have twice the impact!
There’s more than one story when it comes to how people end up homeless and that’s why there is more than one way to help. Hockey Helps the Homeless invests in solutions that ensure fewer individuals and families end up on the streets. We support organizations and programs committed to ending homelessness through housing, transportation initiatives, mental health support, education, health and wellness, training and employment, but we need your help. Any donation, big or small, can take the Universal Fundraising team one step closer to achieving our goal.

Wish to donate by cheque? Cheques should be made payable to Hockey Helps the Homeless and mailed to Head Office at 44 East Beaver Creek, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 1G8. Please specify player name in the memo line. Tax receipts will be issued upon receipt of the donation for all gifts $25 and above.
