Hockey Helps the Homeless
Ken's personal fundraising page
I am reaching out again to friends and family to ask for your support once again this year to raise funds for community organizations working on homelessness in Montreal and surrounding regions. Every little bit helps - $5 -10 -20 or more.
Hockey Helps the Homeless is a national fundraising campaign aimed at addressing the 235,000 homeless that are forced to sleep on the streets nightly across the country (3000 nightly in Montreal!). All money is raised through hockey tournaments where all players are tasked with collecting donations from their friends, families and businesses. In the 18 years of the Montreal tournament over $2.75 million has been raised. Although not strong on the ice (mostly due to my lack of talent), every year our team is at the top of the fundraising ladder - and that is what is important.
Please share this link with friends, family, colleagues, etc. so they can donate as well! All donations $25+ receive a tax receipt via email.
Thank you for your generosity towards this cause which is important to me
