I am excited to be part of Accenture's team that will be returning to play in the 2023 Hockey Helps the Homeless Bay Street Tournament, on April 22. This is such an important fundraiser to help Toronto's homeless youth, that even though I tend to slow down our team on the ice, my goal is to lead our team in fundraising!
In Toronto, it is estimated that there are over 2000 homeless youth on any given night, but together we can change this statistic. The Tournament raises awareness and funding for Eva's Initiatives, a local youth support agency right here in Toronto.
Eva's recognizes that each homeless youth has a unique story and has unique needs, and so they know that there is more than one way to help. This event is a major fundraiser to help Eva's providing housing, transportation initiatives, mental health support, education, health and wellness, training and employment.

Wish to donate by cheque? Cheques should be made payable to Hockey Helps the Homeless and mailed to Head Office at 44 East Beaver Creek, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 1G8. Please specify player name in the memo line. Tax receipts will be issued upon receipt of the donation for all gifts $25 and above.
