An Empty Net is sad - Let's Help the Homeless!
Welcome to my Personal Page!
As many of you know, this is not my first year doing what I can to raise funds and awareness for many community organizations that focus daily on helping Vancouver's homeless. This Tournament makes a huge difference!
In Vancouver, it is estimated that over 3,600 men, women and children are homeless on any given night, but together we can change this statistic. On November 26th, I will be participating in the Hockey Helps the Homeless Vancouver Tournament, raising awareness and funding for local homeless support agencies right here in the city.
There’s more than one story when it comes to how people end up homeless and that’s why there is more than one way to help. Hockey Helps the Homeless invests in solutions that ensure fewer individuals and families end up on the streets. We support organizations and programs committed to ending homelessness through housing, transportation initiatives, mental health support, education, health and wellness, training and employment, but we need your help.
Be a game changer today by supporting the cause and help bring hope to our most vulnerable!
